Carbon Equipment ltd

Founded in 2001 as an engineering company, it immediately distinguished itself in the design of carbon structures for the naval and aerospace industries. The passion for sailing has led the company to increasingly dedicate itself to the development of composite boats from 5 to 60m, their components and movements.

In 2012, to complete the service, the production of equipment was born with production initially in outsourcing and then increasingly developed internally. In 2015 the Carbon Equipment brand was founded and its team and its production have grown to this day.

Our team forms its experience on cutting-edge methods and processes developed for aerospace, industrial production and interior manufacturing. All our products are subjected to a maniacal technical and aesthetic development during which each part is designed and sized with the help of cutting-edge software.

Each project includes:

• 2D design and 3D modeling
• Finite Element Analysis and Optimization
• Kinematic Controls and Optimization
• Development of electro-hydraulics
• Development of electro-hydraulic secondary components
• Structural tests with verification of deformations and resistances
• Functional tests

Currently, production is almost entirely performed internally, where we can include:

• Autoclaves and cooking ovens
• Non-destructive analysis tools
• Control machines for the mechanical processing of composite, aluminum and plastic materials
• Control machines for steel processing
• Painting department

Since few years ago, the hydraulic components have been developed, partially produced and assembled internally too.
