Founded on principles of professional integrity and personal service, Cara Lees Yacht Crew Ltd delivers specialized placement solutions across the superyacht sector. Bringing over three decades of firsthand onboard and recruitment experience, the agency integrates modern interview techniques and screening technologies with traditional, relationship-driven candidate selection.
Operational priorities focus on complete transparency, efficiency, and deep industry knowledge to match qualified professionals with ideal onboard positions. Rather than operating as a high-volume agency, the boutique structure allows for thorough consultation regarding crewing strategy, ensuring precise alignment between vessel requirements and candidate profiles.
Maintaining an agile and responsive framework, service extends across all departments and crew ranks. Emphasis remains on nurturing long-term professional relationships with owners, captains, and maritime personnel, delivering dynamic recruitment solutions tailored to individual operational needs.
