Pershing, now part of the Ferretti Group, traces its origin back to 1985, when the brand launched its inaugural model in collaboration with designer Fulvio De Simoni. The company manufactures its classic fiberglass fleet at dedicated boatyards in Mondolfo, Italy, while utilizing specialized facilities in Ancona for larger steel and aluminum construction.

Over the decades, Pershing has built its reputation on high-performance engineering, integrating racing-derived aerodynamics with upscale luxury interiors.

The company focuses heavily on advanced marine technology to maximize speed and efficiency without compromising onboard comfort. Notable engineering hallmarks include the standard implementation of surface propeller transmissions, carbon fiber construction, and specialized gas turbines with centralized hydrojet propulsion systems.

Pershing also introduced distinct technical design features to the market, such as a disappearing glass cockpit door that unites interior and exterior spaces, and the Music Hull system for underwater sound diffusion.

The internal architecture balances high-speed hydrodynamics with large layouts and natural light. Full-beam accommodations both above and below deck are fitted with custom interior decor and advanced sound insulation to minimize noise and vibration at high cruising speeds.

The resulting builds combine sports-car handling and jet-like piloting dynamics with the expansive, open living spaces expected of a luxury superyacht.
