Custom Line builds a fleet of semi-custom and custom-made superyachts defined by a bespoke approach, cutting-edge technology, and distinctive Italian design.

As a specialized brand within the Ferretti Group, the shipyard focuses on creating unique, made-to-measure yachts tailored to reflect the individual owner’s personality and cruising lifestyle. The brand integrates proprietary, patented engineering solutions designed to optimize functionality and elevate on-water comfort.

All production is centralized at the group’s state-of-the-art, 80,280-square-meter superyacht shipyard in Ancona, Italy. The facility features advanced infrastructure, including nine fully climate-controlled, high-tech sheds equipped with specialized air-extraction, compressed-air, and centralized technical-gas networks, alongside dual overhead material-handling cranes.

This strategic facility possesses the manufacturing capacity to accommodate up to 24 hulls under construction simultaneously, utilizing latest-generation tools to construct composite and aluminum alloy superyachts for the Custom Line range, as well as metal hulls up to 90 meters in length for sister brands.
