A fully integrated in-house process defines operations since 1966, managing everything from initial design down to the finest details and final testing before delivery. More than 2,350 sailing yachts, ranging from 36 to 131 feet, have taken shape over five decades across four distinct lines: ClubSwan Yachts, Swan Yachts, Swan Maxi Yachts, and Swan Shadow, the pioneering motorboat range.

All production activities are centralized at a state-of-the-art facility in Pietarsaari. This proximity between engineering teams, naval architects, and boat builders optimizes logistics, elevates efficiency, and maximizes structural quality.

Beyond construction, the enterprise operates a 360-degree ecosystem that includes a Global Service network with four Mediterranean hubs and 18 service points, alongside dedicated divisions for ClubSwan Racing, brokerage, and charter.
