Yacht Crew Register has been matching professional crew with owners and yacht managers since 1995. Over nearly three decades, the agency has built a network of over 50,000 captains and crew members stationed across key ports worldwide.
The agency handles placements across major yachting hubs in Florida, the Bahamas, France, and Italy, as well as remote cruising grounds including Alaska, Hawaii, Hong Kong, and the Northwest Passage. Operates in full compliance with the 2006 Maritime Labour Convention (MLC).
Regular participation in international boat shows — such as the Monaco Yacht Show, Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, and events across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and North America (Miami International Boat Show and Palm Beach International Boat Show) — allows the team to interview candidates and maintain direct relationships with active crew.
Yacht Crew Register maintains memberships in the International Superyacht Society, the Professional Yachting Association, and the US Superyacht Association.
