This passion led Bart van den Hoven, a skilled master carpenter, to begin building a 10-meter yacht as a hobby in his backyard in 1992. His extensive experience in interior construction continues to be reflected in the quality of the motor yachts produced by the company today.

The many individual wishes of their clients ensure that no two Van den Hoven yachts are identical. Differences are most visible in the materials used and the level of finishing, including upholstery, wood types, glossy or matt lacquer, and colour. The specialized woodworking department produces highly refined joinery, resulting in an interior comfort level often associated with much larger yachts.
The company applies state-of-the-art materials and techniques across all its yachts.
