Tetida Marine Ltd. is a medium-sized company based in Ruse, Bulgaria, dedicated to providing design, engineering, and consulting services for the shipbuilding industry.

The company specializes in developing Basic Design and Production Detailed Engineering for luxury yachts, commercial ships, and specialized workboats. These vessels are built in steel and aluminum, ranging from 7 to 170 meters in size.

Since 2021, Tetida Marine Ltd. has been the direct successor to Vripack Engineering Ltd., which operated as the only international office of the leading Dutch naval architecture and yacht design company, Vripack Holding BV. This transition followed 15 years of successful professional work in luxury yacht design and engineering.

Tetida Marine Ltd.’s engagement can range from a fundamental design concept through the development of a complete package of working design documentation, including production organization and subsequent design support during construction.
