Working with boats and superyachts ranging from 15 to 165 meters, Onboard Marine handles moving and rotating mechanical systems across all main onboard departments. Engineering and production teams design, build, and integrate equipment such as thrusters, steering gear, deck cranes, winches, gangways, boarding platforms, hatches, and doors.

Beyond physical hardware, scope covers electrical controls, hydraulic systems, and drive units, supplying components from individual gas springs up to fully integrated custom setups.

Projects span both new builds and major refits globally, with technicians managing the full cycle from initial specification through final commissioning.

Onboard Marine serves as a key European partner for major international equipment brands. Collaborating with Florida-based Nautical Structures, the company supports sales, installation, and maintenance for SOLAS and MOB rescue boat cranes, davits, and custom boarding equipment. The partnership eliminates time zone barriers and travel demands for European clients.

Through a similar alliance with Australian manufacturer MUIR, Onboard Marine handles high-performance anchor winches while undertaking localized production elements at its facility in Bolsward, Netherlands, reducing shipping overheads and shortening lead times. Services are supported in Dutch, English, German, and Spanish.
