Operating since 1942, Astilleros de Mallorca delivers comprehensive refit, maintenance, and technical services for luxury yachts. The shipyard covers everything from routine structural work and systems upgrades to equipment procurement, spare parts supply, and long-term maintenance planning.
Operations span four distinct locations, headlined by the main integrated shipyard in Palma. Facilities also include a service setup at the neighboring STP yard, a dedicated technical base at Port Tarraco, and project coordination at the Freire facility in Vigo.
Across these sites, the company utilizes heavy infrastructure like travel lifts, slipways, keel pits, and specialized on-site workshops for piping, metalwork, mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
The primary site features 78,000 square meters of operational space, backed by a 1,700-ton hauling capacity and deep-water berthing for large superyachts up to 120 meters. On-site project managers, naval architects, and skilled tradespeople handle each job directly, keeping all quality and safety protocols aligned with major classification society standards.
