OnBoard Marine

Onboard Marine is specialized in moving and rotating parts onboard (super) yachts. This includes thrusters, steering gear, gangways, deck cranes, boarding platforms, winches, hatches, doors, etc.

Also the management of the equipment, electrical-, hydraulic- and motor drive systems are delivered. We have experience with yachts from 15 up to 165 meters.

Onboard Marine supplies from a single gas spring up to a full integrated systems (custom -built and stand-alone solution).

Onboard marine has its own engineering and production department. Offers international installation and services, from new building- til refit projects. Onboard marine takes care of the entire process, from the first customer request up to commissioning of a system.

OBM for NAUTICAL STRUCTURES

We’re proud to work with such an authority in the field of boarding equipment as Nautical Structures. Together with the class societies, Nautical Structures has set the standard with regard to MOB, SOLAS, rescue boats and HOP cranes. The delivery package is completed by the production of (semi-)custom-built gangways, side boarding ladders, sliding davits and swimming ladders.

Situated in Florida, the manufacturer has chosen to work with Onboard Marine throughout the entire order trajectory. The fact that we are close to clients, in the same time zone and speak Dutch, English, German and Spanish simplifies communication. Clients don’t have to travel to the US, which saves time and money and facilitates sustainable and responsible business.

First-class anchor winches produced “down-under” at just a stone’s throw from the yard. This is what MUIR and Onboard Marine offer you. We can communicate in various languages (Dutch, English, German and Spanish) and, more importantly, in your own time zone, while allowing you to purchase directly from our production facilities.

Together with MUIR we’ve been offering optimal quality for years and will continue to think of our shared future. Realising part of the production in Bolsward prevents the unnecessary shipment of parts across the oceans and contributes to a sustainable business proposition.
