Morrelli & Melvin specializes in sail and power multihull design, naval architecture, and marine engineering. Founded by Gino Morrelli and Pete Melvin, the studio designs high-performance catamarans and trimarans for private owners, charter fleets, and commercial applications, including passenger ferries and tenders.

The portfolio includes famous racing and cruising multihulls, such as the Olympic NACRA 17 class catamaran, the record-breaking 125-foot PlayStation maxi-cat, and several custom Gunboat models. Morrelli & Melvin designed the Rapido 60 cruising trimaran, the TF10 carbon foiling trimaran, the 28-foot SuperFoiler racing cat, and the popular Hobie Wave rotomolded catamaran. The team also created production designs for builders like Roberts & Caine and HH Catamarans.

Beyond initial boat design, the company refits and reconfigures existing performance multihulls to improve speed and handling.
