MaritimeMT provides professional training and career development for crew members and shore-based personnel through the Small Craft Academy and the Superyacht Academy.

The training center holds accreditation from Transport Malta, and is recognized as an official training and examination center by the Scottish Qualification Authority. Furthermore, the institution is certified by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) under the strict DNV-ST-0029 standard for training providers.

The course catalog spans entry-level certifications up to master-level qualifications, with most programs meeting international STCW standards. This enables the institution to deliver certified education for deckhands, stewards, engineers, chefs, and captains aiming to advance their careers on luxury yachts and commercial boats. Instruction is led by active industry professionals who bring real-world operational experience into the classroom.

For hands-on tactical training, the center utilizes DNV-certified Full Mission Bridge Simulators equipped with full ARPA and ECDIS radar and navigation systems, allowing realistic handling practice.
