IMM - International Marine Management
International Marine Management brings specialized refit and maintenance services to the Caribbean and the global superyacht community. Founded by Fabrice Maitre and Norina Edelman, the company established its presence by opening a reliable refit option in Guadeloupe, quickly expanding its regional footprint with additional bases in St. Maarten and Puerto Rico.
For projects outside of their Caribbean hubs, the company runs a remote shipyard service called IMM A.WAY. This mobile division enables technical teams to support clients in the United States and other key yachting destinations worldwide, bringing the yard’s engineering expertise directly to the boat.
The foundational culture of the company is shaped by a team of former sailors who prioritize the safety and operational longevity of every luxury yacht they service. This background drives a deep respect for the ocean and a focus on treating refit work as a highly complex discipline. To maintain these standards for future projects, the company invests heavily in rigorous, ongoing training programs for its technicians and craftsmen.
Operations across all yards rely on transparency and open communication with yacht owners, captains, and project managers. By building structured technical partnerships rather than simple transactional relationships, IMM ensures that complex structural work, painting, and mechanical overhauls are executed collaboratively.
