Evolution Sails

Evolution Sails manufactures custom sails for superyachts, cruising, racing, and one-design yachts. Established in New Zealand and the US in 2009, the company expanded to Europe in 2014 with a service loft on Mallorca and a sales office on the Isle of Man.

New sails are manufactured in New Zealand and the US using high-quality components and design techniques. The company developed the EM2 membrane facility, which produces sail blanks for the company and 45 other sailmaking businesses worldwide.

Evolution Sails maintains a global network consisting of more than 17 lofts and a partnership network of 45 sailmakers. This infrastructure allows the company to support clients across various international regions.

The company provides customized sail solutions for competitive racing, cruising, and club events. The team focuses on material selection and design to match specific performance requirements for each boat.
