Developed by the Superyacht Operating Systems team, Charter Guest is a digital platform designed to replace traditional paper-based guest folders with an integrated mobile application.
The system was created by veteran yacht crew with over 15 years of experience in the industry to streamline communication between the crew and guests while reducing administrative workloads.
The application serves as a centralized hub for all guest-related information and onboard services:
- Itineraries & Navigation: Features an AI-powered builder to create cruising maps with auto-generated location descriptions and millions of points of interest. It also integrates real-time weather data for monitoring wind and wave conditions.
- Onboard Services: Provides an elegant interface for digital breakfast, lunch, dinner, and spa menus that can be modified instantly. The platform also showcases available water toys and specialized services to enhance the guest experience.
- Vessel Information: Includes stylish presentations of yacht specifications, build history, and deck layouts. It also features personalized crew bios, allowing for quick updates of rotational members with a single touch.
- Safety & Logistics: Integrates safety procedures directly alongside daily itineraries to improve guest engagement and compliance. An internal phone directory identifies guest names and cabin allocations to maintain seamless connectivity.
The platform is designed for rapid deployment, with a setup process that converts existing guest assets into a customized system in less than 72 hours.
