Amico & Co is a refit and repair shipyard based in Genoa, with an additional facility in Loano. The shipyard focuses entirely on maintenance, repair, and major conversion projects for large boats and superyachts. The infrastructure includes extensive docking options, notably a 4000-tonne ShipLift and a 102-meter covered graving dock.

The company handles projects ranging from routine paintwork updates to complex, long-term structural transformations that span over a year.

The technical teams accommodate vessels of all sizes and configurations, including modern large sailing yachts and historic or classic vessels requiring specialized preservation techniques. Management prioritizes delivering completed projects within the agreed timeframes and financial estimates.

Amico & Co maintains compliance with diverse Flag State and classification society regulations during every project. The company participates in industry organizations like Confindustria, UCINA, and ICOMIA to stay aligned with sector standards.

Furthermore, the shipyard holds the ISO 14001 environmental management certification, having been the first facility in Italy to achieve this status.
