Admiral is an AI-native operating layer for marina and boatyard operators, built to sit on top of the systems they already run. Where existing marina platforms handle bookings, billing, and reservations, Admiral handles the operational work around them: the calls, the vendors, and the vessels. It does not replace existing software. It captures the revenue and visibility those systems leave on the table.

The platform spans three areas:

  • Admiral Marina Intelligence runs the marina’s communications and leasing. Every inbound call is captured, transcribed, and scored, with missed calls flagged and AI call agents and automated follow-up ensuring no inquiry goes unanswered. Operators get a clear view of the full customer lifecycle, from first contact to signed lease, while leasing automation closes the gap between an interested boater and a completed contract. This recovers leasing revenue otherwise lost in marinas each year, much of it from calls that previously went unanswered or unreturned.
  • Admiral Vendor Management standardizes how contractors and service vendors operate on the property. The Admiral Kiosk manages vendor check-in, validates certificates of insurance, captures fees, and builds a compliance audit trail automatically. The result is consistent fee capture, lower liability exposure, and a documented record of who is working on the property and under what coverage.
  • Admiral Vessel Management gives operators and owners visibility into the boats themselves. Battery, high-water, and GPS monitoring devices feed vessel health dashboards, while owners get a single view of service history and the vendor work performed on their boat. For the marina, this converts vessel data from a blind spot into a service and retention channel.

Across all three areas, Admiral turns the everyday activity of a marina (the conversations, the vendors, the vessels) into measurable revenue, reduced risk, and operational visibility, without asking operators to learn more tools or abandon the systems they already trust.
