Yacht Sourcing

Headquartered in Bali, Yacht Sourcing is a full-service boating agency, shipyard operator, and dealership across the Indonesian archipelago. Managing localized operations from regional offices and marine facilities, the business provides comprehensive support for private owners, charter guests, and visiting superyachts navigating pristine marine environments.

The dealership division serves as the exclusive regional distributor for leading global shipyards and marine brands, including Majesty Yachts, Nomad Yachts, Fountaine Pajot, Dufour, Rizzardi, Al Dhaen, Saxdor, and Yanmar.

In addition to import sales, Yacht Sourcing manages bespoke shipbuilding projects, specializing in the design and custom construction of traditional wooden Phinisi vessels that blend Indonesian heritage with modern luxury standards.

The charter and agency divisions organize tailored expeditions across remote destinations such as Raja Ampat, Komodo, the Banda Islands, and Alor. Its shoreside support teams handle complex logistics, including customs and immigration clearances, cruising permits, fuel bunkering, technical repairs, and cold-chain provisioning for international vessels entering regional waters.

Underpinning its operational network, Yacht Sourcing prioritizes marine environmental preservation and community engagement. The company implements sustainable operational practices, supports local coastal initiatives, and collaborates with regional authorities on eco-conscious marina developments to protect vulnerable reef ecosystems across the archipelago.
