Yacht Femme

Yacht Femme, founded in 2018 by Andrea Tagliaferro — best known for her personal brand, Yacht Dame — is a multi-media platform dedicated to celebrating the achievements of women in the yachting industry. Inspired by her first experience at the Monaco Yacht Show, Andrea launched Yacht Femme to spotlight the remarkable contributions of women across the field.

In 2019, the platform expanded with the launch of the Yacht Femme podcast, and by 2024, it had grown to include both in-person and online events. This evolution culminated in the inaugural Women’s Yachting Awards in Amsterdam, held in partnership with METSTRADE.

Yacht Femme shares engaging content, interviews, and stories that highlight women’s milestones — from their first successes to industry-wide recognition. The platform fosters a vibrant, supportive community where women connect, inspire, and empower each other.

By amplifying their voices and experiences, Yacht Femme aims to nurture future leaders and drive collaboration through networking events in the yachting world.
