Yacht-Ease

Yacht-Ease is a shore-based yacht management company formed by former professional yacht crew members who focus on improving the ownership experience for boat owners. The company specializes in supporting small to medium-sized yachts, catering specifically to owners who prefer to operate without permanent onboard crew or who require reliable shore-side oversight.

Routine maintenance forms a core part of services at Yacht-Ease. The team performs interval system inspections, fluid level monitoring, and thorough onboard walk-throughs to keep vessels fully operational and ready for immediate use. Complete service records are maintained directly on board, while owners receive direct updates via email, messaging, or phone calls regarding scheduled maintenance visits and contractor arrivals.

During shipyard haul-outs and refit periods, Yacht-Ease provides full project management services. The company directly supervises onboard contractors and technicians, managing parts procurement, subcontractor schedules, and work quality to ensure refit tasks stay on schedule and within budget without compromising standards.

In addition to technical management, Yacht-Ease emphasizes environmental responsibility and workplace safety by partnering with select contractors and utilizing products chosen to reduce impact on marine ecosystems.
