Founded by James Whitmarsh, who brings over 35 years of experience in offshore powerboat racing, new build systems, and superyacht warranty management, the company focuses on long-term durability and comprehensive after-sales support. Every stage of production, from initial tooling and hull moulding to engineering installation and commissioning, is completed in-house to maintain strict quality control.

The company constructs hulls and decks using hand-laid GRP with E-glass composite materials and high-density Divinycell foam sandwich reinforcement, optimizing the strength-to-weight ratio. Engineered to handle speeds exceeding 60 knots and the demanding daily routines of superyacht operations, these vessels emphasize structural integrity, robust onboard systems, and stable handling in diverse sea conditions.

Clients can fully customize each RIB, including seating arrangements, console layouts, livery, materials, and specific technical requirements such as lifting points and restricted air draughts for mother yacht garage integration. The in-house design team collaborates directly with owners to develop unique concepts, ensuring that onboard navigation systems, composite methodologies, and mechanical engineering meet individual operational profiles.
