Vodolaznik / MSU

Vodolaznik, registered as MSU, provides commercial diving and underwater technical services for vessels and marine infrastructure. The company is based in Vladivostok and accepts requests for work to be carried out on vessels in Russian ports.

The company carries out underwater inspection of hulls, propellers and rudders, along with hull and propeller cleaning. Removal of ropes or nets from propellers is also handled. Underwater repair and inspection of piers and hydraulic structures can be requested as well. Photographs, video and reporting requirements are agreed for each assignment.

Before a diving team is arranged, vessel details, berth or anchorage location, draught, the work required and the available time at the port are requested. Access to the vessel and transport to an anchorage are agreed for the specific job. Scope, timing and quotation depend on these details and the conditions at the site.

Underwater works on vessels are performed without drydocking. Inspection of piers and hydraulic structures is undertaken, and underwater technical tasks in water areas include search, lifting, cutting, welding and bottom survey.
