Varadero Ibiza

Situated in the center of Ibiza Town, Varadero Ibiza functions as a technical refit yard and haul-out facility for motor yachts, sailing vessels, and superyachts. A member of the IPM-IMG Marine Group, the yard provides specialized maintenance, haul-out, and structural repair services for local and visiting fleets operating across the Balearic Islands.

The facility features over 6,300 square meters of hardstanding storage and a dedicated berthing area for afloat maintenance. Haul-out operations utilize a remote-controlled 160-tonne Travelift capable of handling vessels up to 45 metres LOA with a maximum beam of 10 metres. Supporting machinery includes a 12-tonne fixed jib crane, heavy-capacity forklifts, dynamic keel pits for deep-draft sailboats, high-pressure hull washing stations, and high-amperage three-phase shore power installations.

Technical capabilities cover the full spectrum of yacht maintenance through on-site specialist workshops. On-premises trades handle marine engineering, engine overhauls, electrical and electronics diagnostics, precision carpentry, teaking, composite repairs, and stainless steel welding. Finishing departments perform surface fairing, high-gloss topside repainting, and seasonal anti-fouling applications within controlled environmental enclosures.

Housing primary technical contractors directly within the yard perimeter allows project managers to coordinate multi-disciplinary refit programs with minimal turnaround times. Combining proximity to major Balearic marina hubs with comprehensive technical infrastructure, Varadero Ibiza delivers streamlined vessel servicing, winter dry-docking, and emergency haul-out support for the Mediterranean yachting industry.
