Thermowell is an italian company focused on design and production of marine air conditioning solutions. Since 1997 we have been putting in your hands the ideal climate on board.

History

Ours is an all-Italian story. In the 1980s, Renato Napoli, an industrial expert, specialised in production, installation, design and consultancy in the RHVAC sector, more specifically in nautical systems. He increased his background and built an excellent reputation. It was in 1997 when he decided to set up Thermowell®, his own company manufacturing nautical air conditioning systems.

The first exciting challenges, important orders and participations in international boat shows arrived. In 2010, his son Mattia joined the company. Strong in the value that Thermowell® has managed to create, he supports his father with dedication first in the production department, then in sales, logistics and transport.

The future

Today, Thermowell® has a homogenous distribution in the European market, constantly invests in product and process research and development, has innovated online, relies on a young production and management team and a confident leader, CEO Renato Napoli.

Consulting to shipyards and designers, customisation and production of customised nautical equipment are the current strengths. For the future, new ideas are in the pipeline to meet the needs of the nautical market.
