Founded in 1996 by Tezman Holding A.S., Tezmarin Turizm ve Ticaret A.S. is the largest boat distributor in Türkiye. The company represents the Beneteau Group, a global leader in yacht construction, and has consistently ranked as the top-performing dealer among nearly 500 representatives worldwide since 2008.

The group manages an extensive portfolio of international brands, including Lagoon Catamarans, CNB, Arcadia Yachts, Aquila Power Catamarans, Pardo Yachts, and Grand Soleil Yachts. The inventory also features Austin Parker Yachts, Wellcraft, Delphia Yachts, Pirelli, BWA Boats, XO Boats, and TEMO.

Beyond new sales, the company operates a dedicated brokerage division for pre-owned boats, providing technical advice and investment support.

With a comprehensive service network along the Turkish coast, Tezmarin maintains main offices and technical centers in Istanbul and Bodrum, with additional authorized service points in Didim, Cesme, Gocek, Fethiye, and Marmaris.

The after-sales division employs a professional technical team trained both domestically and internationally to manage customs clearance, licensing, and complex maintenance. This extensive infrastructure ensures that all delivery preparations and technical requirements are handled according to rigorous quality standards.
