STC Trade

STC Trade was founded in 2015 to develop durable, non-corrosive water filtration solutions, initially introducing its products to the Dutch superyacht industry.

The company became a preferred supplier to multiple prominent superyacht builders in the Netherlands, and currently has more than 600 filters installed on luxury vessels globally. While metal components are common in this sector, this company manufactures alternatives from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to eliminate corrosion issues caused by seawater.

The core product range features perforated plastic sheets and custom-made filters manufactured under the brand name STC Perfoplast™. These components are lightweight, resistant to marine environments, and designed to match the lifespan of the vessel, which lowers the overall cost of ownership for yacht operators. The product line includes specialized plastic filters designed specifically for bilge water systems.

STC Trade also manufactures Fiberstrain™ mud boxes and strainers from fiberglass-reinforced plastics. These specialized housings comply with L3 fire safety standards and carry official approval from Lloyds Register. In addition to filtration systems, the product portfolio includes heating mats, specialized tools for plastic pipe installation, and internal and external pipe shaving equipment.
