Today Southern Wind is a boutique shipyard dedicated to building smart custom sailing yachts from 25 to 40 meters. Founded in Cape Town in 1991, with European ownership and international management, it is a blend of cultures and perspectives, where open minds, flexibility, and staying true to its corporate values create the perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
