Sargo Boats
SARGO represents a long-standing Finnish boatbuilding tradition, operating as a family-owned business since 1967. Based in Ostrobothnia on Finland’s west coast, the company utilizes the SARGO Production System (SPS) to ensure standardized quality across every stage of manufacturing. Each boat is 100% handmade by skilled professionals, drawing on over half a century of expertise originally established under the Minor brand.
The manufacturing philosophy prioritizes durability and functionalism, specifically adapted for demanding environments. Every boat undergoes a rigorous inspection at a dedicated facility, which provides the only year-round sea water test environment in Finland. To maximize the lifespan and resale value of each yacht, the team avoids corrosion-sensitive materials and employs robust construction methods designed to withstand harsh conditions.
SARGO’s design language follows a “form follows function” approach, characterized by clean Scandinavian lines and ergonomic interiors. These semi-custom boats feature practical details such as single-level decks without steps to improve safety and ease of movement. By combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technical requirements, the Sarin family continues to deliver reliable, stylish vessels for the international yacht market.
