RC Design / Roberto Curtò Yacht Design
Roberto Curtò Yacht Design, also operating as RC Design, brings custom styling and engineering to motorboats, superyachts, and rigid inflatable boats. Established in 2004 by designer Roberto Curtò, the studio has delivered over 50 completed projects for emerging brands and established yards around the world.
A unified design philosophy guides every project, shaping interior layouts alongside exterior lines while balancing structural and hydrodynamic demands. The studio handles total creative development, producing detailed CAD drawings, joinery plans, material mood boards, and soft furnishing selections to build cohesive living spaces on board.
Engineering capabilities at RC Design cover everything from preliminary naval architecture calculations to full production planning. Working with naval architects and specialists with backgrounds in major European design houses, the team performs hull and deck engineering, structural modeling, and system specifications.
To move designs efficiently from concept to physical reality, the studio utilizes rapid prototyping, scale mock-ups, and specialized CAD/CAM processes. This direct support helps yards refine hull geometry, streamline tooling, and bring unique custom builds or production series to market smoothly.
