Pendennis Shipyard

Pendennis runs a custom superyacht refit facility in Falmouth, handling major restoration and remodeling projects alongside routine class and flag survey works. Over 550 skilled tradespeople and technical staff work on site, covering every discipline from CAD design and engineering to joinery, electrical systems, and custom fairing and painting.

Portfolio figures exceed 30 bespoke custom yachts built from scratch and more than 350 refit assignments. Operations center around three climate-controlled construction halls — including two 90-meter bays — and a 150-meter undercover dry dock supported by trade workshops.

An enclosed non-tidal wet basin accepts yachts up to 100m LOA, featuring direct deep-water access out to open sea. This layout simplifies haul-out procedures and speeds up turnarounds for brief maintenance stops or afloat refit tasks.

To support yachts cruising in southern waters, the company maintains the Pendennis Vilanova Technical Service Centre alongside a 48-berth superyacht marina near Barcelona. This Mediterranean outpost focuses on small to medium refit projects and routine service work.
