The foundations of Palumbo Superyachts were established in 2008 with the creation of the Columbus Yachts brand, followed by the landmark 2011 launch of its first 54-meter superyacht, named Prima.

The roots of the parent company trace back generations to a traditional carpentry and metalworking yard focused on commercial vessels. Under the current direction of Giuseppe Palumbo, this industrial heritage has transitioned into a major player within the luxury superyacht sector, managing a diverse portfolio of steel, aluminum, and advanced composite builds.

The organizational footprint of the company relies on a strategic infrastructure network across Europe. Headquartered with a representative office in Monaco, the operational backbone consists of five major shipyards positioned along key Mediterranean cruising routes: Ancona, Malta, Marseille, Naples, and Savona.

• Palumbo SY Refit: Dedicated entirely to the maintenance, repair, and complex refitting of superyachts, utilizing the massive drydock and haul-out capabilities of the five Mediterranean locations.
