OneSails International

OneSails is a global network of independent sail lofts across more than 30 countries. Drawing on over 40 years of experience in design and engineering, the organization focuses on the production of high-performance sails, as well as custom and vintage gear.

The primary production method involves 4T FORTE™ continuous composite technology. This system, introduced in 2013, provides structural integrity and durability. In 2015, OneSails expanded this offering with 4T FORTE™ Naked, which improves safety and power characteristics without sacrificing form stability.

Environmental considerations guide operations, with a focus on the recovery and recycling of materials. OneSails launched a recycling program for disused sails in 2015 and follows ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 standards for Life Cycle Assessment.
