Founded by Giles Frankal and Lee Stevenson, OCCAM Marine focuses on the construction and refit management of superyachts, acting as a bridge between owners, shipyards, designers, and suppliers. The company handles project coordination to streamline complex building processes and keep tight schedules on track.

By serving as an Owner’s Representative, OCCAM protects the owner’s interests through cost control, operational oversight, and transparency. During refits, the company manages subcontractors and surveyors to minimize stress and maintain the vessel’s long-term value.

The company also provides a “Fit for Purpose” service to prepare vessels for immediate real-world operation. OCCAM develops operational budgets, structures crew setups, handles equipment and spare parts planning, and ensures compliance with flag and class regulations. Setting up planned maintenance systems and onboard procedures is also part of their hands-on approach to technical management.
