Navia Design handles boat design and naval architecture for projects ranging from custom one-offs to series production models. As part of Aivan, a major Nordic multi-disciplinary design studio, the team develops complete boat concepts from initial market strategy through to production engineering.

Engineering work relies on hydrodynamic simulations to optimize hull performance and handling before physical testing begins. Navia Design works closely with yards to align technical documentation with actual manufacturing workflows, keeping assembly timelines and costs on target.

Prototyping relies on in-house CNC milling, 3D printing, full-scale 1:1 mockups, and clay modeling, paired with virtual reality setups to test ergonomics early in the process.

Beyond hull lines and structural engineering, the company provides spatial design, CGI visuals, and branding assets to back the commercial launch of new models.
