Nautilus Agency

Nautilus Agency delivers port agency support and survey solutions, leveraging decades of operational experience gained since opening in 1992. The organization manages administrative formalities and regulatory documentation required by Coast Guard units, Customs Offices, Immigration departments, and local port authorities.

Services cover essential port entry and exit procedures for luxury yachts registered as commercial or pleasure craft under various flag states. Scope of work includes arrival and departure clearances, sea trial administrative handling, customs manifest processing, and transit coordination through specialized waterways such as the Corinth Canal and the Suez Canal, complete with reservation scheduling and security escorts.

Operational coverage across Greek waters encompasses dockage arrangements, berth reservations, travel assistance, onboard provisioning, medical support coordination, and specialized legal consultancy. Every service package is structured around the specific requirements of the vessel to maintain efficient turnaround times and compliant navigation through regional waters.
