Monarch Green Atelier

Monarch Green Atelier designs exterior and interior botanical environments for superyachts. The studio develops custom landscape concepts tailored to the structural architecture, environmental exposure, and operating conditions of each vessel, supporting both new-build projects and refits.

Project planning incorporates three-dimensional renderings and virtual reality visualisations to integrate living elements directly into space layouts and deck configurations.

Onboard implementations focus on sculptural exterior greenery, Mediterranean aromatic arrangements, and specialized marine-grade flora selected to withstand salt spray, direct sunlight, and wind exposure. For interior areas and culinary spaces, the studio engineers compact hydroponic chef gardens tailored to onboard kitchens, providing fresh herbs and produce directly within the vessel’s culinary quarters.

To address maintenance challenges during long voyages or limited crew availability, Monarch Green Atelier produces proprietary smart planters equipped with automated irrigation systems. These units combine integrated water reservoirs, moisture-sensing hardware, and solar-assisted pumps to deliver autonomous watering.

The containers are custom-fabricated using high-grade materials to match specific deck aesthetics while housing internal drainage, secure anchoring systems, and service access points.

Every technical component — from automated irrigation modules to structural plant supports — is designed to integrate discreetly within the vessel’s existing infrastructure. The studio collaborates directly with naval architects, yacht designers, and onboard engineering teams to align botanical installations with broader operational, weight, and safety requirements across global project locations.
