Meqtec is a Turkish manufacturer of service pedestals for marinas, founded in 2021. The company designs and produces the equipment in-house, covering a full range from compact units for small berths to large multi-socket configurations rated up to 250 A.
The product line includes the Trima, Trima XL, Curva, Neca and Bellia series. Among these, the flagship Trima model has earned a Red Dot design award.
Most models feature UV-stabilised HDPE bodies paired with marine-grade aluminium internals. Units are built and tested for IP66 and IK10 ratings, alongside MID-certified energy meters.
Each pedestal can integrate a prepaid system operating independently of external apps or cloud servers. Berth holders manage a power supply using RFID cards or mobile devices via direct Wi-Fi connection to the pedestal.
Marina staff monitor credits, sockets and consumption reports through local network software, while the facility collects all payments directly. Meqtec also manufactures specialized SOS safety pedestals for emergency equipment.
The hardware is installed across marinas in six countries, including Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Greece and Taiwan, supported by distribution partnerships in the Gulf region.
