Mengi Yay is a Turkish shipyard founded in 1964 by Ramazan Mengi. Initially operating as a small workshop in Ayvansaray, the company relocated to the Nuh Industrial Site in Tuzla in 1984.

The company specialized in wooden boat construction before transitioning to steel and aluminum builds in 2006. Today, the shipyard focuses on the manufacturing of custom and semi-custom motor and sailing yachts, as well as large-scale refit and refurbishment projects.

The shipyard operates a 19,365-square-meter facility in Tuzla, specifically designed to accommodate the production of boats up to 53 meters in length. The site includes specialized hangars that allow for the simultaneous construction of multiple yachts.

Mengi Yay produces several standardized lines, such as the Virtus series, which includes models like the Virtus 44 and Virtus 47. The company recently launched its flagship 52.5-meter explorer yacht, Gray Wolf, the largest vessel built by the shipyard to date.

The quality of construction at Mengi Yay has been recognized with multiple industry awards, including several Gold Anchor Maritime Success Awards. The company also maintains a significant position in the regional export market for luxury yachts.
