MB92 Group provides refit, repair, and maintenance services for superyachts across strategically selected international locations.

With over 30 years dedicated exclusively to this sector, MB92 Group manages facilities in Barcelona, La Ciotat, Golfe-Juan, and the Red Sea. Combined, these shipyards hold the capacity to accommodate more than 58 superyachts simultaneously.

The group includes GYG Ltd, a well-known name in superyacht painting, supply, and maintenance. Under this umbrella sit established industry brands such as Pinmar, Pinmar Yacht Supply, and Technocraft.

Pan-European private equity investor Squircle Capital has held the majority stake in MB92 Group since 2019, supporting ongoing expansion and facility upgrades.

Dedicated project management teams oversee every job from start to finish, drawing on extensive in-house technical skill and an established global supplier network.
