Lusben acts as a central location for luxury yacht refit and repair, with the capability to manage projects for yachts from 20m to 140m. Founded in 1956 in Viareggio, the company pioneered this specific type of work and established itself as an industry benchmark. It is currently part of Yachtique, recognized as the largest yacht services group globally.

Over the past six decades, the company has completed refit and repair work on more than a thousand yachts. This experience has provided the technical ability to handle everything from full maintenance to highly complex transformation projects.

The company operates across three primary yards located in Viareggio, Livorno, and Varazze. These facilities are equipped with dedicated docks, lifts, and pits, alongside amenities such as crew facilities, lounges, and guest houses to support owners and crews during the process.

A centralized management organization oversees operations across all three locations. This structure ensures that multiple projects are coordinated effectively to meet specific time, cost, and quality requirements.
