ITA Training Academy
The Interior Training Academy (ITA) is a professional training center based in Antibes, specializing in the development of interior crew for the superyacht industry.
With a team of trainers possessing over 40 years of collective experience, the academy provides both land-based and onboard instruction designed for new entrants and experienced professionals. The curriculum focuses on raising service standards through a comprehensive range of technical and management skills.
Certified Training & Accreditation
- GUEST Program: As a certified provider, ITA offers industry-recognized GUEST certifications at Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
- MCA Accreditation: The academy provides UK MCA-accredited Food Safety Level 2 courses through the Highfield Group.
- Global Onboard Training: ITA delivers personalized onboard instruction worldwide, assisting Chief Stewardesses and Captains by training crew directly on their vessels to meet specific operational requirements.
Specialized Curriculum
- Service Excellence: Practical training in fine dining, various service styles, wine and cocktail preparation, barista skills, and cigar service.
- Interior Operations: Comprehensive instruction in housekeeping, laundry procedures, cabin preparation, flower arranging, and interior attention to detail.
- Management & Administration: Specialized modules covering interior management, operations, HR, and Purser responsibilities.
