Founders Fabrice Maitre and Norina Edelman have worked tirelessly to realize their ambition to create a full-service refit yard in the Caribbean. When their first yard in Guadeloupe opened, word quickly spread among Captains and Management that there was finally a reliable refit solution available in the region.

IMM is proud to deliver the highest level of technical work at our bases across the Caribbean. Beyond this, we also support our clients in the USA and around the world thanks to our remote shipyard service, IMM A.WAY. Thanks to the in-depth refit knowledge and laser focus of IMM’s founders Fabrice Maitre and Norina Edelman, the company has grown from strength to strength, all while maintaining its core values of Passion, Expertise, Honesty, Teamwork and Service.
