Flisvos Marina

LAMDA Flisvos Marina S.A. is a joint venture between LAMDA Flisvos Holding and the Public Properties Company S.A. that manages the Flisvos Tourist Port under a 40-year concession. The facility covers 90,228 square meters, featuring 310 berths, more than half of which are designed for superyachts exceeding 30 meters in length.

The infrastructure includes a control tower for vessel movement, an entrance oriented for safe access in adverse weather, and a windward barrier for wave protection. The premises also feature a helicopter landing area and outdoor parking for 650 vehicles.

Security measures consist of a perimeter fence, camera surveillance, controlled access points, and 24-hour patrols. The marina also houses the Flisvos Port Police on-site within the administration building to ensure privacy for owners and guests.

Concierge services include private jet and helicopter charters, chauffeur services, yacht charters, and provisioning. The team also manages medical appointments, onboard childcare, and the organization of special events.

The land-based facilities occupy 8,200 square meters and include retail spaces, dining venues, and a promenade. Emergency support is maintained through firefighting equipment and a specialized multi-use tender capable of firefighting, thrusting, and towing large boats.
