A mobile application enables technicians to track time and labor comments, which automatically sync with the main system. The software also includes eSignature workflows for digital document management and contract signing.

The sales management component handles lead tracking, unit inventory, and sales contracts. It includes features for managing trade-ins and financing, supported by automated follow-up tools and real-time insights into the sales pipeline.

Financial management is integrated throughout the platform, covering accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions. The system also features a touchscreen-enabled point-of-sale interface for processing payments and updating stock levels in real time.

An applications programming interface (API) allows the software to connect with external technologies. This connectivity supports specialized functions such as barcode printing, bank reconciliation, and secure payment processing with next-day funding.
