Crew & Concierge

Crew & Concierge is an international recruitment agency dedicated to staffing solutions across the maritime sector, leveraging fifteen years of placement experience and an organically built candidate database. The agency manages placements for full onboard personnel, sourcing professional crew members across all departments, including captains, marine engineers, deck hands, interior teams, and galley staff.

Building on long-standing industry relationships, the agency has expanded its operational scope to cover specialized shore-based maritime positions. These placement services extend to shore-side roles such as project managers, operational managers, marine surveyors, and personal assistants, helping experienced seafarers transition into management and shore-based corporate careers within top-tier marine companies.

The recruitment team combines direct database selection with active head-hunting to match qualified professionals with clients seeking long-term commitments for both onboard and shore-side operations. Through ongoing communication and candidate vetting, Crew & Concierge focuses on establishing durable partnerships with shipowners, management companies, and maritime professionals worldwide.
