Cowes Yacht Haven

Cowes Yacht Haven is a central hub for the yachting community in Cowes, featuring 260 fully serviced berths alongside comprehensive boatyard facilities and a massive dedicated events space. Owned by the Cowes Town Waterfront Trust, the facility operates predominantly as a visitor marina, reserving 80 percent of capacity specifically for visiting sailors.

The prime town-center location grants immediate access to the local High Street, putting chandleries, specialty marine shops, boutiques, traditional pubs, and dining options within easy walking distance. As a primary venue for major regattas including Cowes Week, the property combines berthing with flexible event hosting right at the water’s edge.

Lifting and maintenance infrastructure includes a 50-ton hoist, a 25-ton boat mover, and a 15-ton mobile crane, enabling safe lift-out, pressure washing, launch, and winter storage capacity for more than 100 boats. On-site technical support covers marine engineering, electrical work, and general boat repairs, supported by seasonal dry sailing packages and essential amenities like modern shower facilities, laundry services, and wireless internet access across all slips.

For onshore functions and exhibitions, the multi-purpose Events Centre accommodates seated indoor gatherings for up to 400 guests while offering 3,000 square meters of flexible outdoor exhibition space.
