Compass Rose Crew

Compass Rose Crew draws on twenty-two years of combined experience within the maritime industry, offering specialized recruitment services grounded in a practical knowledge of day-to-day operations on board both motor and sail yachts.

The recruitment team applies a personal, hands-on methodology to every search. By taking the time to understand specific crew preferences and operational expectations, Compass Rose Crew matches yachts with high-caliber candidates suited to long-term placement.

Because operational schedules leave minimal room for managing hiring logistics, the team prioritizes flexible working relationships and straightforward communication. A strict focus on quality over quantity eliminates unnecessary candidate screening, presenting only thoroughly vetted professionals.

Beyond core placement services, Compass Rose Crew emphasizes trust, respect, and high standards of service. This commitment helps foster positive, long-lasting working relationships between owners, captains, and crew members across the global fleet.
