Born from the Artemis Racing America’s Cup team, Artemis Technologies develops 100% electric foiling boats designed to eliminate operational emissions entirely. Based in the heart of Belfast Harbour’s historic dockyard, the company blends local manufacturing heritage with advanced engineering.

The technical foundation relies on the patented Artemis eFoiler electric propulsion system, which pairs an autonomously controlled hydrofoil with a high-power density electric drivetrain. By lifting the hull completely out of the water, this system reduces drag significantly, lowering operational fuel costs by up to 90% while delivering a smooth, quiet ride.

The current product portfolio includes the 150-passenger Artemis EF-24 transit ferry, specialized utility craft like the EF-12 Pilot boat, and the luxury EF-12 Escape water taxi. To support these physical builds, the company utilizes an advanced motion-platform marine simulator to create digital twin environments, optimizing performance before any actual construction begins.
