Founded in 1971, allpa operates as a technical wholesaler and importer of marine equipment, technical parts, and accessories.
Originally established as a sailboat importer, the business shifted its focus entirely to parts distribution following strong demand from boatbuilders and water sports enthusiasts across Europe. Oorspronkelijk begonnen als importeur van zeilboten, verlegde de onderneming haar focus volledig naar de distributie van onderdelen vanwege de sterke vraag vanuit werven en watersportliefhebbers in heel Europa. Tegenwoordig opereert de organisatie via twee entiteiten: allpa BV in Nederland en allpa GmbH Technik fürs Boot in Duitsland.
